https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07042898/filing-history Looks like they paid the £6m from the Dais directly to themselves as dividends..
Consolidated group accounts can be confusing especially when the financial year end dates differ for some of the companies. I think we'll need to wait for Hull City Tigers Ltd accounts for the interesting stuff - which will be some months yet.
http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/hull...nts-pubished/story-30339132-detail/story.html So much for the Allams' 'gift' to the community- £6m in dividends and almost £500k in interest payments- they appear to be doing quite nicely out of it.
"The current total of debt owed to Assem Allam at the end of the year stood at £11,921,721," What's the total debt the club owes the Allams?
I can't get to see the accounts as it comes up as bad gateway. From memory I think the total amount Hull City owed Allamhouse as at 31 December 2016 was about £68 million. I think the club owes some money to Allam Marine as well but cannot check that either.
Who the hell has proof-read that at the accountants? Strategic report Football "Cost of sales have slightly decreased to £47,247,972 from £47,247,972 (-1.3%)"
How does he know that? The consolidated group accounts are to 31 Dec 2016 and the last filed City accounts were to 30 Jun 2016.
Dunno, I only glanced at them earlier, but assumed the detail's in there somewhere, Rick doesn't normally post anything he's not sure of.
Rick appears to be confusing the figure for capital and reserves (£60.7 million) as the amount of the loan outstanding. Note 11 to the accounts shows the amount of loans outstanding from group companies to Allamhouse to be £68 million. I think all of that is from Hull City.
The amount in the football accounts was £77m as at 30 Jun 2016 (although some of that could be owed to SMC). Edit to add: we can all speculate on what's happened since the end of last June but no one will know without the relevant accounting info. Last accounts were filed in Oct 2016 so we probably have a while before we will have any answers (don't need to be filed until early 2018).
From memory I think Allam Marine is owed money by Hull City as well. It should be in their accounts if it is. The loan will have gone down by a few million because of the fair play rules.
Last football accounts show Hull City owe £77m to group and are owed £11.55m by group. SMC owed £152k from group and owed £11.55m to group (so Hull city and SMC amounts cancel out).
