We had a poll last year (I think?) on whether we would stay up or not. I think I was in a minority saying we would. What did you vote for? Be honest.
Find the Pole!.... I cannot remember what I voted for, as so much has happened this season, all I know is it's all Jinx's fault................
Phill - hate to break it to you but you said we were down. Then again almost everyone else did too. Can't remember when posted though - will have a look. [Edit: Found it and bumped]
I didn't vote, but my money was on relegation ever since the home defeat by Hull. Second game of the season ? It just unnerved me. My opinion didn't change until Hull were beaten by Sunderland just a few weeks ago. Then I felt we would probably just about survive.
I voted yes and my son predicted we would struggle this season after Burnley away , how very right we nearly were .As the old saying goes " two wrongs do make it right "
When I walked out of The Liberty following our 0-3 drubbing by Bournemouth on New Year's Eve, I was convinced that we were going down. Who'd have believed that we would secure 29pts from our last 19 matches?
You have to admit it was a hell of a finish to the season. Now if we could take that into the first three months of next season!
Under Bradley I had us relegated after Bournemouth and West ham results, and tbh I would have stood by that statement if he was kept in charge. The useless bulb. As soon as he went it was anyone's guess again.
Curt was in charge against Bournemouth - Bob was sacked the day after West Ham on the 27th - my birthday!
