Imagine being a mid-table championship team again should Bielsa leaves Leeds please log in to view this image
Oh and a set of players ambling around the pitch not knowing what they were doing, just hoofing the ball into the West Stand Now that would be something to look forward to please log in to view this image
Heres a question for you 64 as you're a lot closer to the club than me. If we don't go up do you believe Bielsa will go another season or Rads for that matter?
I think the question is 'Has Bielsa become a liability'! We are two points worse off than this time last year. This is last chance saloon. If we don't go up this season - we will implode. We have have had more penalties than any other Championship team (6). We have benefited from more own goals than any other Championship team (6)
Effing hell, Phillips, Phillips, Phillips, you're infatuated with Phillips and totally obsessed with Bielsa to the point you're blind but believe everything you read. The lad in suit and sunglasses selling Original Rolex's on street corner wouldn't have a problem selling you one........two. I ain't got a problem with your infatuation with Phillips and now Bielsa it seems, everyone has their problems, however, in general, I once said to you it's what you don't see that's also important. Against Millwall we were slow to start and caught unawares with Millwall coming at us and scoring early goals. Then we slowly started to pick it up, especially in second half. We began bossing and controlling the midfield and got 2 goals within 15 minutes. White it seems was playing a duel alternate roll moving into CM when needed, it worked. Throughout the second half our football improved and we controlled the game to eventually win 3-2. Against Wigan, We controlled possession, controlled the football, bossed and controlled the midfield with White alternating between defence and CM when needed, football wise, and game wise it worked. White would even push up with the ball (unlike Phillips) attacking, and putting the defence on back foot, (Forshaw did same) it worked throughout the game. It was an unlucky goal, no one on far post, no strike power and bad decisions by Bielsa that cost us the game.
I've been thinking this for some time, only with Alioski and Dallas as wing backs. White and Ayling taking turns to go forward, while covering for each other.. Phillips holding in midfield. Costa and Johnson relieving up front. Augustin Bamford Klich Phillips Hernandez Alioski Dallas Cooper White Ayling GK?
This has to be post of the year, LeedsLover saying the problem is “what you don’t see” absolute classic. I’ll be smiling over that one for the rest of the day
Augustine starts for u23,s today. Important Augustine hits the ground running hopefully with a couple of goals. Whatever your opinion on Bamford is and it’s clearly divided, we need real competition for that spot and real alternatives
Don't have to imagine anything, we play mid table every season after Christmas. In fact mid table form looks good after our relegation form last 9 games. If you could buy 1/2 season tickets, August to Christmas I would get one.
Half of which wil be on 5 yr, 20k a week wages whilst Bielsa can just walk away, which he has already confirmed should we not go up.
Yes, Alioski has an engine on him, and he'll adopt exactly the same spot in the penalty area, 12 yards out, just to the left
Just watched short highlights.., didn’t see any glaring misses from bamford, in fact to be fair to him, he did well to direct an awkward header on goal that was cleared off the line. Do I need to find some longer highlights, or is the paddy bashing a bit misplaced (on this occasion)
