Yep. It's the inane little digs that become a trifle wearing (usually after a couple of glasses of something mind).
So, did you notice the bit about me doubting the death numbers and not wanting the NHS to be so closed? What exactly was it that I wrote that you disagreed with?
I thought Beth had requested a 24 hour cool down? Little bit of respect lads. Personally I would recommend taking the discussion, if it continues to be antagonistic, to ButtCrack’s Lizard King thread. Apparently that’s all about free speech and nothing to do with paranoiac bollocks.
I did. If I misunderstood or too quickly skimmed a post, my apologies. I can’t be bothered to go back and check.
Beth made a polite request, seems in this day and age only a ****ing truncheon gets attention. It’s not about how ‘bad’ it is, it’s about respect.
Says the man who not that long ago told another poster to ‘**** off’...... ‘Let he who is without sin’
Further scrutiny, unbelievably from Kay Burley, towards Hancock about false positives. She went with 30% of people told to self isolate by the app, because they came into contact with someone who tested positive, could be being told to do so unnecessarily. Hancock pretended about 3 times not to understand the question and replied with various forms of ‘thats not quite right, the app will only tell you to isolate if you come into contact.....’, Burley ‘but 30%....’, Hancock, ‘the test is highly accurate’. This is bullshit.
Sweet jesus, Winter is upon us! The hail stones up here last night were like something I've never seen before! Good job people were locked down!
New 6 month interim assignment in Manchester for me from next Thursday, but ironically it looks as though my attempt to change my scenery may just mean another 6 months at home! I really would love to spend time back in the office with colleagues. Working where I live is really beginning to grate now
I’m all for working from home most of the time but yearning for a change of role more than scenery. Just grateful to be in a relatively secure business but fell at the final hurdle for what would’ve been a great role the other day which was a gutter.
