Genuinely think if we had your attackers on the chances Willian, Saka, Aubameyang (twice) and Lacazette had, we win that game much more comfortably.

It's a huge win and we defended unbelievably well, but if Pogba doesn't make that reckless challenge, we end up drawing a game that should have been a fairly easy win.

United didn't offer enough in an attacking sense and their passing was, frankly, appalling, given how technically gifted their players are supposed to be. But our lack of composure when through on goal will be a problem if we don't start converting these chances.

    Kanes are always "clever"

It was on the edge, and it's clever from Harry Kane.

The referee's made the right decision there. It's borderline.

    Salahs are always "diving"

I think he's miles off base, considering he's known as a superb motivator - especially in the cases of Jack Grealish and Declan Rice, who he motivated to check their ancestry to see if they had any English grandparents rather than have to put up with him in the Irish setup

Probably why he was a **** manager.
They should be motivated for every match and they probably are, to some extent, but there's more than that to the game.

Anyone who has every worked for a clueless leader knows how demoralising it can be. Football or otherwise.
Does anyone look to Solskjaer on the bench and think, "He knows what to do. He'll sort this out. We'll win this one."?

    Why would there be outrage?
He puts himself between Lallana and the ball, so the Brighton man fouls him.
    What's outrageous about that?

Anyone would think that they're not the same thing at all and Liverpool fans love pretending to be hard done by.

    give over <laugh>

the foul is by Kane and quite a dangerous one at that and if "thanks for that Brian" was still around i'm fairly sure he would agree as his views on the taking out of people in the air are similar . Should point out Salah did a lesser version in our game and i cannot understand why refs cannot see it .

PS Hope Brian is ok always liked his posts even if he didn't seem to keen on us Reds .

Mousers must have plenty of space in theirs, given Lamela has already been living there since 2017. :)
