That was pretty much my running route during all the original lockdown stuff. Up the beach and back.

If you squint, you can see my endz in the distance.

Knee not doing too badly at the minute, might have to start running again and **** it back up.

Feel like **** warmed up, had a bad cough for a few days runny nose all that ballbags with it.

Had a covid test and it's not that its much worse.

Took my U15 team to one of those in summer, in Cardiff Bay.

They had a hoot. Couldn't get a beer anywhere though for **** sake.

Order of the day is...

Recycling center
Shopping
Cut dog's hair
Bath dog
Cook food
Drink beer and watch Spurs get battered

 

Mine;

Finish breakfast.
Dishwasher on.
Sort carport so she can make a ****ing mess of it again.
Chop some wood.
Take son for golf lesson.
Put some stuff on Gumtree.
Start striping wall paper from hall stairs and landing- it's obviously going to be super glued on.
Have an eye on United amongst this.
Pick eldest up from first day at job pot washing.
Lamb dinner with bottle of red.
Bed.

 

Been to the recycling sorted the dog. Getting there.

 

House full next weekend, in laws on the drive, brother and sister in law and 2 kids. 13 people in all. Going to a **** pub as well.
