I see things are going well for the highest, bestest, most brilliant Everton… …they invented dugouts don’t you know?
I hope that's the case, Tom. If it was part of the rules it's a nonsense. BTW - apologies from my part for having a bit of a pop about leaving the game yesterday - you're quite right, you made the effort to go, and you can do what the hell you want! I was just thinking that having made the effort to go, it must have been worth staying. But you're not wrong when you say Anfield is bloody freezing, and it's not my place to be the arbiter of what it right and wrong in that situation. I think we were all just a bit frustrated yesterday.
Thanks. I was disappointed that I felt the need to leave early. It's only the second time I've ever left before injury time in the 2nd half. The first was, well, you can guess which game without too much difficulty! I often find people at the game always have a different view of the game to those who watch a stream or on TV. I was ****ing freezing, annoyed with Ralph for not changing it until HT, really annoyed with how easy we were making it for Liverpool. The 4th goal was just the final straw. I honestly thought it was going to be 6 or 7 at that point and I had no appetite to watch that while freezing my bollocks off.
Totally understand. Sometimes my biggest frustration with Ralph is when he goes and makes it easier for his critics!
