This is great news, I'd love to see this lad get an opportunity. The only way Sunderland AFC can ever hope to be successful is to bring through our own players. There is literally no other way. I feel like this one could be a bit of a mad game with no real rhythm to it. 2-2. Rigg and Jobe scoring for us.
I’m changing my prediction to 8-0. HAWAYYYY Ballard 14 (bullet header, outside the box) Jobe 23, 65, 88, 89 (in off the shin, four times) Neil 40 (long range pass into the net) Hume 76 (banana shot from 45 yards, deflected in) Rigg 83 (the bigg rigg gets a head of steam and steams past 5 defenders to slot home from 10 yards) GERRRRIIINNNN
I want us to push really hard these next seven games. I think the difference finishing on a good run rather than a poor one could be big on our summer. We need to be attractive to players and that means showing we are a side challenging the top 8 or so, not a mid table side. Dan Neil was right in his interview about the players needing to take responsibility and put things right now. I think these next 7 games are crucial if we want to compete next season, personally. I am looking at the likes of Patterson, Hume, Ballard, ONien, Neil, Ekwah to really grab this situation by the scruff of the neck and say right, lets drag this team back up again. Then if we can bring Evans back in to add that wise voice. I know folk dont like Dack but he has seen plenty of Championship games in his career and will be another good influence I predict, and lilely good for a goal or two. That to me is a core of experience that allows Rigg, Jobe, Mundle, Adil, Watson, Rusyn to play without too much worry in the head. If Roberts and Clarke get back then nothing to say we cant get 3 or 4 wins before the end of the season and be looking up again. About player mentality for me now. I just hope Dodds is simplifying things for them. Lets see what they can do.
Where abouts in Cornwall are you as I was working there a couple of years ago on the A30 Carland Cross to Chiverton section and stayed in Camborne was there about a year.

Will be watching tonight and got to admit I feel cautiously optimistic and was thinking that the pull of the club is no different even though I am half the world away. That made me think of this song which in a weird way seems to sum up a lot of supporters emotions in the lyrics. I will point out though that I think I have been lost and been found but I don't feel down
A blind man on a galloping horse . could see that. Add Caden Kelly in their , not as flash as Watson maybe but just as ready imo, Hemir and Burstow need to be left out , has Dodds got the bottle I I hope so, actions speak louder than words.
1-1 and some minutes for the returning members of the squad won’t be a bad result, sets us up nicely for Monday
Marvellous job RTB. Thankyou. I fancy the break has set us up for an overdue admirable away win. However , I'll settle for an entertaining draw on condition they don't frustrate with so many passes going behind the receiver instead of into their stride.
Don’t mind the team, would have probs give Pembele some minutes over styles and moved Hume to left back. Glad AA and Rigg get more minutes though. Still think some of jobes better games have been up front and I’d take him there over burstow and hemir. Haway the lads
