Make sure you turn up at Riley's then you bugger! 1 o'clock ish? SCOG if you're up for it as well and Weighty? Wear a pink carnation!
I think Varney and Wood can play the role of various types of striker, they're both half decent all rounders. Murph and Sears is the classic big man little man partnership but I think Varney and Wood could fit in anywhere. Anyone else thinking why didn't we sell McGoldrick in the summer? I think he'll struggle to get back in the team
No we have a league game scheduled but we have a number of our lads who regularly play for Suffolk, I think there is a county game that weekend so our game may be off! My boy has his first gig up the academy this Sunday, he has ITFC v Fulham under 11s. He was due to ref the ITFC v Naaarwich last weekend but the idiots from up the road double booked themselves that weekend so all the fixtures got pp.....what a bunch of muppets!
Nothing at all Hoppers............didn't mean to offend.......it's a lovely area on a par with Whitehouse.........Warky is just trying to draw attention away from whitton.
I must admit I have my doubts about Wood, but he'll work his socks off just like everyone else in the squad which is evidently why we're having such a good season. Imagine a 90th minute winner from Wood. THAT would be worth the loan on it's own.
I think my comment has been misunderstood my opinion of Chantry could not be higher..........some of my best friends are from Chantry.....
Good signing but I am trying to think of any scenario now when Varney would play. I don't like seeing square pegs in round holes so would not want to see Sears (or any of our other strikers) playing on the wing. Wood must be ahead of Varney & IMO MM will never change from 4-4-2
Think Varney is more of a utility man, can play out wide aswell. If we go 433 I think he could be a good option, think Jon Waltersesque
