With the end of the season in sight now is the time to start looking for a new owner of leeds united and a name to put forward is RICHARD BRANSON and the elland road stadium to be bought back and renamed to a new name if RICHARD BRANSON TAKES OVER , the name of the new stadium is THE VIRGIN STADIUM . not many if any billionaires read yorkshire evening post , thats why its supposed to be sorted out by those who have some power at leeds united to obviously put feelers out there to interested parties to make a bid for leeds , i dont agree with local business people putting in for leeds as i think they will just cream off any profits and not get leeds anywhere , it has to be real billionaires out there , there was interest from russell crowe but dont know if he has enough money as leeds united need about 30 million spent on the players bringing in , and also not sure on this but believe to buy the ground back its about 20 million pounds last year , so all totted up about 55 million needs spending , another billionaire out there is richard branson they could call elland road ground , THE VIRGIN STADIUM as i am sure richard branson would not mind that as every time leeds are on TV as they have this season it would advertise virgin , as in virgin rail , virgin broadband , virgin banks , virgin mobile ,there woulod be no problem with owners financial test he would pass it with flying colours , and also he would do csomething that leeds owners have failed to do for years , he would run the business very successfully as he has done with other ventures I HAVE EVEN GIVE YOU A NAME FOR THE STADIUM WHEN AND IF HE TAKES OVER ! so there you have it the name put forward next time you bump into leeds united supporters club director tell him the name to get in touch with is ..........RICHARD BRANSON, WHATS YOUR THOUGHTS OUT THERE ?
Sorry sniffer I lost interest in reading that when I got to the bit about the ground buy back being 2m. There are houses around Leeds I'm sure that would cost more than that
When you say 'around Leeds', just how far is your perimeter? Personally, I wouldn't buy a house within a hundred miles of Leeds, regardless of cost. I imagins one could purchase a whole suburb in Leeds for 2m quid.
Sniffer can you please learn to type with your nose in case anyone ever ties you up - your posts brighten my days up
