If Mickey was tracking back and pressing Winks like he should, we'd be fine in midfield and Young and Valencia would be fine to get forwards. He's far too lazy for this type of game, we need Mata or even Lingard in there to get some work done.

 

I can see lingard coming in in the second half. Our passing surely has to get bettter and we need more atttacking threat. Mikhi has been invisible today.

 

totally agree on Mickey not doing his job, he was not up to it since some weeks now, thinking his place is safe no matter how much work he put in
I disagree though about the formation, Spurs are good centrally, we need to put more midfielders to counter their setup, but they are weak at fullbacks as both fullbacks push up alot , we need Rashford and possibly martial or Lingard at wings that is where they are vulnerable
what are we doing now bcz we out numbered in mid, is we are restricted to sending long balls which is easily taken back by spurs especially as our strikers playing far from each other trying to fill the width of the pitch bcz of lack of wingers
if we set up to stop them .. without working on their weakness, then most probably they will win bcz they are dominating the mid
