Alright we didnt go and set the world alight with our transfer deadline day signings, but I'm pleased with Bendtnar and think he will work well with Gyan.
I do sense a bit of optimism on this board already this morning.
How does everyone feel now ?
I reckon if Bruce plays the players in the positions we all know they should be played in and we dont have another injury nightmare, this season may be a bit special.

Must admit, glad the Bentner deal went through. Think he could have a great season for us. Premiership and European experience. Just what Gyan needs to get him back playing well IMO.

Most certainly...Our top priority was an experienced premiership striker, and that is what we have got....However, tinged with a little sadness that we have lost the in-form Ferdinand..

I'm pleased to get Bendtner and not Crouch;;a solid performance against Chelski with everyone playing in correct positions will set us up for the slightly easier(on paper) games to follow.I'm looking for a top 8 finish and then make a leap forward next season.
