    I cheered myself up this morning when I realised that in the alternate universe Liverpool did in fact do enough to win the league -by one point - and Mane took sole possession of the golden boot. :bandit:

    In case people didn't realise I was talking about the Arsenal game.

    Discovered a new favourite drink... Gin and "Croix"nic.

    Mixing Gin with Lime LaCroix is great... Better than regular gin and tonic imo.

    Mrs works in a school and has decided to retire at the end of Summer term. First thing she does is book a weeks holiday in a thatched cottage in Devon for the first week of the new school term in September. Just because we can now go away during term time. Looked at the reviews for the local beach, one of the most popular nudist beaches in the south west apparently!

    She has decided we will NOT be walking the dog there, I did suggest it would be ideal for the dog as it might get to chew a bone or two. The look I got said it all.

    The price of kids football kits is a disgrace.

    Just spoken to a Neverton fan who has spent £800 on new kits in the past twelve months.

    He’s had Everton home and away, plus Barca, Man City and now Tottenham Hotspur. ...lol
