Another 4 day diet plan. This time Chicken & Spinach Pilaf. Basically oven cooked chicken (seasoned and lemon) and cooked brown rice. Shred some of the chicken and the rest leave as small pieces. Then in a wok with some sesame seed oil, fry some sliced onion until just browning, then add garam masala and turmeric. After a few mins chuck in the chicken and brown rice. Add a spash of water. Few mins later chuck in some chopped baby spinach and green beans and season with salt. Garnish with fresh coriander (I think I overdid the coriander but fck it, it's good for you I read that once) please log in to view this image
Played golf this arvo and went to this pub after for a beer and food. Turns out they only serve food during the day so headed back instead with the intention to pick up some tea. Chose KFC. What can I say, it was ****ing ****e. I don't know why I do it. A zinger something or other, some hot wings (they were ok) and chips. In the main, utterly gash.
If I do KFC I don't do the burgers Chief. I'll go for some slimy side wing pieces or thigh pieces always. It's pure unhealthy gorging obviously but sometimes that's what's needed.
I was on go so chose something I thought would be easier to eat while driving! Probably shouldn't have but there you go. Should have had two or three piece job but was bothered about getting grease all over me or dropping it!
It's not illegal, but you can be done for careless driving which carries three points on your licence. But they would have to prove you wasn't in proper control of your vehicle.
No it's not illegal, you can drink ie coke/water behind the wheel, as well as eat a burger. However, if something occurs as a result of you doing so, it would be deemed as careless driving.
So what i mean Comm, drinking and eating does not carry an offence in itself alone, an offence is only caused if something occured as a result of those actions.
I think it would be difficult for the law to enforce not drinking (not alcohol) behind the wheel as it is a human neccessity.
Friday night for the girls, buttered and creamed mash with grilled pork sausages and chicken breast, finished in a oven simmer of onion and sage gravy.. Simple but tasty..
Hungover today. Went to some brew house last night and got in the dunkel beer. Then ate there too, had mountain of burnt ends, ribs and a beer can chicken. Was good but not nearly as good as the wind I’m producing this morning. Off to sandbanks in a bit. Not sure am going to make it to see haigs band tonight as had to go out last night so have to do the whole family get together tonight.
