Europa League Group G, Thursday 19/09/2019 : Rangers 1-0 Feyenoord I missed most of this, (fell asleeep in the chair !) but not before Tavernier's penalty miss and Ojo's opener, which became the FT score. Having seen the highlights, this win could have been by more than the 1-0 scoreline. Nevertheless a win is a win and Rangers deserved this win tonight. I could not help but think of Art every time they mentioned the Feyenoord goalkeeper (Vermeer). please log in to view this image Attendance : 46,858 (RFC)

SPL (SPFL1), Sunday 22/09/2019 : St Johnstone 0-4 Rangers That was an excellent 2nd half turnaround by Rangers after a scrappy and goalless 1st half. Goals from Morelos, Goldson and two from Defoe and all from open play won it today. Good stuff. SPL (SPFL1), Saturday 28/09/2019 : Rangers 5-0 Aberdeen I was multi-following the games today, my Twitter feed plus SSN, TV and website. Excellent result here, especially with the Opposition dropping points at Hibernian. Rangers are now just 1 behind Celtic, on points, goals scored and GD. Europa League Group G, Thursday 03/10/2019 : BSC Young Boys Bern 2-1 Rangers Talk about throwing it away !!! ... Morelos gave Rangers the lead just before HT, only for two errors by Tavernier to gift two 2nd half chances to YB, who gratefully took both, the latter in the last minute. Thursday 3rd October Group E : Celtic 20:00 CFR Cluj-Napoca Group G : BSC Young Boys Bern 2-1 Rangers
SPL (SPFL1), Sunday 06/10/2019 : Rangers v Hamilton Academical, KO 15:00 hours. 04/10/2019 : Hamilton Academical are the team that most pundits expect to go down, but nevertheless get the odd results here and there that eventually confound these pundits. Let there be no more 'individual errors' by Rangers on Sunday. We do not want to be giving Hamilton another 'odd result', especially as we are only one point behind the Opposition. SPL matches, 05 & 06/10/2019 : Saturday 5th October Aberdeen 1-1 Hibernian Heart of Midlothian 0-1 Kilmarnock Motherwell 2-0 St Mirren Ross County 2-2 St Johnstone Sunday 6th October Livingston 12:00 Celtic - SKY Rangers 15:00 Hamilton Academical
06/10/2019 : From the SSN Live Commentary, it seems the Opposition were not at the races today. LIVINGSTON 2-0 CELTIC FT: They have done it! Celtic are beaten, the unbeaten start is over, and their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership might be gone too if Rangers beat Hamilton at Ibrox later this afternoon. Neil Lennon can have no complaints with the chorus of boos around the Tony Macaroni Stadium - there's a lot of Celtic fans here. His side were outfought and, for much of the game, outplayed too. Ecstasy for Livingston, agony for Celtic. Now we must utilise this opportunity and not blow it !
SPL (SPFL1), Sunday 06/10/2019 : Rangers 5-0 Hamilton Academical There was no 'odd result' for Hamilton today, it was all about the Rangers. This game was a one sided affair, as indicated by the scoreline. Rangers top the table, 2 points ahead of Celtic and with more goals scored and a better GD too, with all teams having played 8 games. Rangers topped the table last Season too, but let it slip. There should be no repeat of that this Season. Attendance : 48,838 (SSN) Sunday 6th October Livingston 2-0 Celtic Rangers 5-0 Hamilton Academical
SPL (SPFL1), Sunday 20/10/2019 : Heart of Midlothian v Rangers, KO 12:15 hours, BT Sport 1. 06/10/2019 : Get this up now, even though we have a fortnight of international ennui before Rangers visit Tynecastle. SPL matches, 19 & 20/10/2019 : Saturday 19th October Celtic 15:00 Ross County Hamilton Academical 15:00 Hibernian Kilmarnock 15:00 Livingston Motherwell 15:00 Aberdeen St Mirren 15:00 St Johnstone Sunday 20th October Heart of Midlothian 12:15 Rangers - BT Sport
12/10/2019 : Rangers 2-3 Liverpool The Legends match made for an entertaining afternoon and for me the stand out player was Alex Rae. I was really impressed by his vision, positioning and passing throughout the game, of which he played 88 minutes. Steven Gerrard played the 1st and most of the 2nd half for Liverpool, making a cameo appearance for Rangers after 80'. The score was 2-3 and he did not score an equaliser, but post-match his son did score. One for the future ! please log in to view this image
Gerrard was the best player on the park. Played with Alex Rae a few times at 5s and he's brilliant, can't get near him, plus he's a decent guy too.
19/10/2019 : Celtic return to the top of the SPL pending Rangers' match tomorrow, which will be 2nd top away to 2nd bottom. SPL matches, 19 & 20/10/2019 : Saturday 19th October Celtic 6-0 Ross County Hamilton Academical 1-1 Hibernian Kilmarnock 2-1 Livingston Motherwell 0-3 Aberdeen St Mirren 2-0 St Johnstone Sunday 20th October Heart of Midlothian 12:15 Rangers - BT Sport
SPL (SPFL1), Sunday 20/10/2019 : Heart of Midlothian 1-1 Rangers This was Rangers' turn to not be at the races. Tavernier had a shocker today and his error led to Hearts' opener, which was cancelled out by Morelos' equaliser just before HT. With 2 points dropped Rangers stay 2nd to Celtic on goals scored, with points, GD and games won being equal. As for Hearts, they played well and neutrals might think they should have won this game. Attendance : 17,573 (SSN)
Europa League G3, Thursday 24/10/2019 : Porto v Rangers, KO 17:55 hours, BT Sport Extra. 21/10/2019 : Portugal is England's oldest Ally. Porto (aka Oporto) is in the north of Portugal, is the home of Port wine and has ancient Celtic influences too. Porto FC was managed by Tommy Docherty after he left Aston Villa in 1969 ... Any Oporto in a storm ! Let Rangers' visit to Porto on Thursday be error free and has a result that deserves a few post-match celebratory toasts ! Thursday 24th October - Both on BT Sport Group E : Celtic 20:00 Lazio Group G : FC Porto 17:55 Rangers
