Leicester won't maintain their form all season and they will inevitably experience a down turn at some point. Villa gave them a good match earlier this week and we should have enough to do the same, if we maintain our aggressive pressing game and all the players perform. It wouldn't be all that surprising if we went all out to avenge that defeat at St Mary's, so it could be quite a battle. Most of us would be happy with a draw, but a win is not impossible. The icing on the cake for me would be to see Vardy continually run into a brick wall of a defence and eventually loose the plot. Red card and bye bye rat face. We can but hope.
I remember waking up to the 9-0 result, feeling sick, and then forcing myself to read the match report. Reading that two players had scored hat-tricks in the same game was like another twist of the knife. The report then added this beauty... It's the first time this has happened since two Arsenal players scored hat-tricks in the same game in 2003. Also against Southampton. Extremely embarrassing to read at the time. But now it kind of fills me with pride. What a stat!
Grim stat. And Perez getting it makes it worse. Dreadful player. The amount of crap I've chucked his way this week almost guarantees him a brace tomorrow!
If Ndidi is out, at least we will be spared the line that every commentator is itching to say: 'Yes, Indidi!' (It works better if you say it out loud)
Don't think we'll be that nervous - think our players will be relishing it more than theirs will. Silly from Ihneacho imo. I'd stick his words on the dressing room wall along with a few of the back pages from that Saturday morning.
Silly from Ihneacho imo. ------------------------------- If I'm able to bookmark these comments, I think they will my favorite of the last three years. Come on Saints, lets give these twats a game to remember. For bad reasons. Felt I had to add that after last time.
I don’t usually predict scores or results but I feel fairly relaxed about this game and am expecting a good performance. Sadly I might not see it because my internet has crashed owing to a fault on the line (might be part of the reason why my speeds were dropping if the fault was worsening?), and I have been told that BT engineers don’t work at the weekend! Lazy bloody company if that is correct as we live in a 24/7 world now.
I was sure we would lose against both Chelsea and Tottenham and look what happened,so I'm going for a convincing Leicester win tomorrow 3-0
Sadly I might not see it because my internet has crashed ---------- If we win, we'll dedicate it to you.
This may be a stupid question, but if your internet has crashed, how did you post the message that your internet had crashed? Via someone else's internet?
Yep 4G. Not sure it will be strong enough to stream the game, as I only usually get 2 bars at home, so it might be whispering Dave on Solent.
