There is no way UEFA can make FFP stick in its current format.
All it was waiting for was for one club to get dicked over by it so much that they took it legal and contested it, which appears now to have happened.

Soon UEFA wont even be able to see a football clubs books unless otherwise agreed by said club, its a major breach of privacy.
And a governing body telling a business that they are not allowed to have investors to build their business is, well, pretty counter productive from a business standpoint.

 

On the one hand I don't have much sympathy for them as they were a lower league Prem team who have bough success - a more extreme version of Chelsea.

But I cannot help thinking this is again another move by that lot who hate English clubs doing well.

Spanish clubs have been bankrolled for years and years and nobody batted an eyelid.

 

Real Madrid have certainly been funded in a very shady way.

That is generally what happens when you stay locked in an echo chamber, by surrounding yourselves with people who just agree with your Bullshit.

Everyone will jack off and laugh about it and think that the "rich corrupt ****ers" are gonna finally get what they deserve.
Only for it to be challenged by CAS and in this case probably an actual courtroom, and then UEFA to be told that their rules on restricting business growth are immoral, retarded and counter productive and for the whole thing to be reversed, leaving sad ****ers on the internet (especially Liverpool and Tottenham fans) to make loads of angry posts about brown envelopes and how "corruption" wins again, with loads of gay hashtags.....
