Would I ****. Unlike Liverpool you guys don't need the money. And if you sold Fabregas to Chelsea you'd basically be guaranteeing that they would finish above you for the next five years. I can't think of a single good reason to sell him to a PL rival. And I'm a Utd fan for ****'s sake!

Cesc is clearly a player like Henry was wth Arsenal in his heart and he obviously has a lot of respect for Wenger. I don't think he would leave for another Premiership club especially a rival like Chelsea. He'll be there until Barca make an offer that's too good to turn down. 50 million is a fantastic amount, but not when your weakening your team and improving a rival ten fold.

As well as that Chelsea are struggling with this 4-3-3 formation at the minute it's far too narrow and you can't play through the middle all the time and hope Cole and Bosingwa can bomb forward every game and get back to cover as well, which is their undoing as teams start to suss this out. Torres doesn't fit the 4-3-3 system which makes me think Ancelotti doesn't have much say over transfers and you've gotta question how long he'll be there for.

Cesc's better off at Arsenal until he can return to Barca. Fantastic club with an incredible stadium and a good ethos

Why would Cesc want to go to the Chavs?
He's on his way to Barca

But it has got us talking.

Totally agree though the only club Cesc will leave us for is Barca.

I personally wouldn't be surprised if Fabregas did what Ronaldo did at United. Play for a couple more seasons and win a few trophies, and then leave for Barca for a big fee at the start of a summer transfer window, leaving the supporters happy and giving the club time to find a replacement.

Cashley probably deserves to be English player of the year. Him, Gerrard, James and perhaps Defoe were the only players in S.A to come out with any credit.

Darron Gibson would be a better signing than Cesc

At least he can shoot and doesn't spend the game complaining.

It's laughable to even consider Fabregas being sold to Chelsea.

  17. I doubt if Cesc will go but I am more annoyed that Abramovich should be allowed to wave his chequebook round like this again. AFAIK Chelsea have not thus far met the forthcoming rules about profitability when they bought during the Jan transfer window and now he's at it again. We have a gutless and inept FA that only goes after easy targets like players who tweet.

Arsenal have a chance at the title, Chelsea have a chance of dropping out of the top four.

Yeah, if Cesc Leaves, it WON'T be to Chelsea.

If somehow he does go to a premier league club, it will be City. I can't see him anywhere else in the prem.
