Beat you both. Mine is about a 15mile round trip and the normal journey time varies from 2.5-3hrs total.

Working from home makes my day seem a lot longer.

On the plus side I have a driver so can either sleep, catch up with @Suckmyklopp midnight rantings or get insulted by @Commachio if I am feeling too good about myself.

may do a wet marinade tonight as well. Hoy some rum and honey may be a bit of soy. Not really sure.

Found some Tahini in Tesco’s local. Chick peas in for a long boil. Home made hummus later.

You should stick some pine nuts in there after you’ve blended it, and some whole chickpeas to add some texture. Some olive oil and cayenne pepper. Sliced lamb if you’re looking to go exotic.

    Hummus is the ****.

Pine nuts might prove elusive in the current circumstances, but I have some cayenne, so I might sling a bit of that in there. A colleague suggested roasting a red pepper then mashing that in the mix.

Lamb with hummus is definitely something I can get on board with.

Why is the skin on if you're doing pulled pork?

It's just going to go soggy and useless, cut it all off and trim all the fat off (there's enough in the meat) get rid of the string and it'll unroll, get the rub all over the meat so that more of the surface has the rub on it. Bunch it all back together get it in the oven.
