Looks like the city of Madrid is all going on it’s Easter holiday. I think the Costa Blanca is their nearest beach area, and many have second homes there. I have seen photos of the main roads into Benidorm being sealed off by the police and the guardia, so many of these may get fined and turned around.
Add me to the list of people that thinks you're doing the right thing. Your company are treating you awfully. They should be putting you on the government furlough scheme, that's exactly what it's for! I hope you wont be hit too much financially/have enough to make it through mate. Morally, if I was in your shoes I wouldnt want to work for them anymore after being treated like that! It's a shame no one will be recruiting at the moment.
I hope it all works out for you . No matter what however , you seem a Classic case of “ You don’t know what you have until it’s gone “
To back up st badgers cause, I have just resigned from the same company as they have refused to supply me and my team with adequate PPE. Supermarket chain beginning with - shameful
Have just seen all the Premier League players I follow on social media post this statement from 9pm onwards. please log in to view this image
And, with the breakthrough developed in Southampton's youth set up, Liverpool will try to sign the breakthrough in the Summer Transfer window.
I've withheld my opinion of the PL players themselves until we had heard directly from them. That statement is brilliant. They have been very unfairly singled out by politicians to step up and do their bit. Now they can bloody well turn to the likes of Simon Cowell.
Wow, I wasn’t expecting that. Respect for standing up for yourself and the team. Anyway you can turn it into a constructive dismissal claim? If retail is your thing, and supermarkets in general, try to get into Waitrose. They have always been the least pressurised and have a better record of looking after their staff, than most of the rest.
Maybe now Matt Hancock can move on to all the other wealthy people who actually aren't showing any interest in pulling their weight... but I doubt it.
Not all of the Saints boys were willing to contribute https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spo...s/players-together-full-list-premier-18066137
I'm quite sceptical of this and the accuracy. From what I can see, it's more a list of who has posted on their social media feeds about being involved rather than who has committed funds. (which isn't/won't be publicly announced, as far as I am aware) My scepticism is born out of the fact there are a few more lads at Arsenal who I know with certainty are involved, but aren't listed. I know of that journalist too and my opinion is that he's not particularly well-connected to anyone in a position to give him this information, certainly not for all of the 20 clubs at the same time.
I'm absolutely buzzing about that initiative. Now the country can hopefully turn its anger back towards the club owners, the tax exiles and the massive corporations that refuse to do their bit.
Our Nige - what a ****ing Legend... Tony Adams quotes that same poem in his autobiography "Addicted" btw.
