its early days on a new project... a little more digging to do, a few trees to take down and dig out, before levelling , returfing and building a 6ft wall of granite boulders.

 

No.

 

It’s going to be as funny as **** when you get the letter telling you to remove it or they’ll do it and bill you for it.

 

it will be fine mate to the right is a row of properties who stole it years ago... nothing can be built on the land its horrific terrain for miles.

 

That’s really not how it works mate, but whatever.

 

Chaos will just attack them with blazing fury then he will tell the coppers that his next door neighbors attacked the council workers so its fine

 

my point is that its in the middle of nowhere and it will go unnoticed just like the others for the past 5 years.

 

Yeah i get you. Its a risk I wouldn't take, and if you ever sold the place wouldn't you have issues?

 

I might reconsider the wall and just put up a fence that can be moved back to the boundary in and hour or 2. like I say one guy went 1st years ago and one by one up the line people followed suit... ultimately its a fence move back , but otherwise you have a massive garden, so im going for it.

 

Yeh but mate you do know there's no time limit on this? It's not like building a rear extension without planning permission and hoping nobody notices for 4 years. You're literally stealing someone else's property. And the boundary lines are all recorded at land registry.
