No denying the selfishness of their actions. But just imagine being very poor, pretty down trodden and living in a tower block. I imagine the crimes will get more serious over the coming weeks.
I live in a small one bed flat. There is honestly no excuse. Even in world war 2 there were still people denying the war was happening until the bombs literally fell on their heads. Stupid, selfish people are unfortunately common no matter where you are.
There is no excuse. I agree. But, as with the London riots a few years ago. You wait to see what happens when a certain section of young people are bored and poor, and then are told what to do. They rebel. I'm fully expecting it to kick off again at some point.
I am really impressed with Raab. Never thought I'd say that. But he's stepped into the top job and was clear and decisive. I feel like they were very honest in that press conference. I really hope the country listens to him...
Agreed, this extra media coverage is going to do some of them a lot of good in the long run, others not so much Raab and Sunak definitely coming out at the top end of politicians the public feel they can trust.
I won't lie, I was nervous about what path the club would go down. I can't say that I was confident in us choosing the path we have. But having gone down that path, I am one immensely proud and happy Saints fan.
Good. Said it before I didn't vote for him or agree with a lot of his policies, but to misquote him "let's get coronavirus done" Get well Boris
Decent article from Owen Jones in the Guardian - Coronavirus is not some great leveller [echoing Emily Mathias]: https://www.theguardian.com/comment...rus-inequality-managers-zoom-cleaners-offices
