Still better than anyone from Leeds. Our black lagoon is blacker than your puddings. Actually, on a more serious note, I had a black pudding the other day. Bought it locally, Australian made and it was pretty good. I like black pudding and try to get it when I can but am usually very disappointed, but this time......OK
I just provided two sets of numbers to provide context for comparison with earlier quoted numbers. It’s not a simple comparison either , remember the numbers tend to be logarithmic with this virus.
Easter celebrations appear to have respected the lockdown and travel restrictions, I'm hoping the same will be observed during Ramadan which starts on the 23rd April.
Was that the one where they interviewed a churchgoer who said confidently the blood of Christ would protect her?
she may find herself part of the good shepherd’s herd thinning programme there’s going to be no shortage of nominations for this year’s Darwin awards.
If 13% of care homes have the virus, I wonder what % of the general population have the virus, I think about 5% which is a massive worry. My son was today playing an on line game, with apparently about 100 other people, he says to me, listen to the people coughing, they have the virus, it's a game where you can talk to other people in your team etc, I stopped what I was doing, and to my amazement could hear people coughing every 20 seconds or so.
If 13% of care homes have it then the population has got to be much higher surely? Some guy on TV today suggested an absolute minimum of 50% of us will have had it and recovered or not even know we carried the virus. Daglish only knew as he was in hospital for something else and they tested him. The woman I saw talking about care homes today said every victim picks up and starts feeling better on day 4 and 5 then on day 6 they get worse and she virtually said they're as good as dead on day 8 pretty ruthless that you think you're getting better and it kills you and that others can have it and not even know
Notwithstanding individual worries with respect to high risk family etc, personally fella I think the worry is if the number of people with it are low. The higher the better... most of us will get it eventually, the further down the path we are the sooner we’ll be over it, and it would mean the death rates % much lower than is reported. sooner we get that anti-body test..... here’s a piece about a German village where they tested everyone https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.te...mmune-to-covid-19-in-one-town-in-germany/amp/
I have discovered a way to make shopping quicker and move the ditherer who can't decide whick Feckin chicken to buy. All you need is a little fake cough in to your crooked arm as per govt guidelines and hey presto the aisle clears.
