A sad day - Norman played 108 times for Bristol City (76-79) His experienced helped us stay in what was then the 1st Division for 3 years RIP Norman
Sad day to lose such a warrior, great guy, great player, hero for England, hero for Leeds and also a hero for Bristol City. RIP Norman
I'm same as you Eire. It's such sad news and just won't be the same without Norman being around the place on match days.
A very sad day for football, even more for Leeds United and who is connected to the club. A very sincere man and a true legend. RIP Norman
Really sad news. I have happy childhood memories of me and my dad having kickabouts with him and his son (similar age to me) in their back garden. Takes me back to another time. Thoughts with his family. RIP Norm.
loved watching him play for us... but not nesassaraly against us, a proper fans player. and vastly underestimated, rip mate.
Sorry, just seen the bad news lads. Any neutral of a certain age will always remember the players from that great Leeds team RIP
Absolutely devastated with this sad news I had to stop the car when I heard the announcement of Norman's death, I dwelled up immediately, in the end I drove home in a trance with a heavy heart please log in to view this image Not afraid to admit I've been like a blubbering wreck Such a lovely, gentle, kind man, a true gentleman! RIP Norman
Saw him play in the early '70's at Portman Rd, proper old school, they don't make them like that anymore. RIP Norman Hunter.
