Had a Greek style slant on dinner last night with a lovely Salmon tail with Tzatziki and a side salad, very refreshing on a hot day...

New one tonight, and looking/smelling good already - chicken and chorizo with chickpeas, tomato and rosemary. Added a bit of diced spud for bulk and a chilli and smoked paprika because I can. Really does smell good. Had this one yet Steels?

We are now aiming for one new roasting tin recipe a week, and one return visit to an old favourite.

One of the first ones we made - and had it again last night!

I also added chilli and paprika, it livens the dish up, and added some fresh thyme into the rub on the chicken.

Instead of spuds, get a nice fresh loaf and cut some thick doorsteps - great for mopping up the juice!

I made carbonara tonight, last meal before going back to work so the mrs will have to master the roasting tin tomorrow (which means she'll probably buy some ****e from the co-op.....)

Just finished it, it’s a winner, and the bread would go perfectly.

Rounded off with some golden syrup sponges that my daughter baked earlier, with additional golden syrup and ice cream.

    Full as a bulls bum.

Friday night is Poppas pizza night, so as always, l made the dough early this morning and started off with the now famous ( in my mind ).... cheesy garlic with bolognese sauce.

    Everybody loves their Poppa! 480EA5F1-A73D-4FAA-93D1-55CEC6FBBC2B.jpeg
