This is an interesting article about Singapore on January 19th if you dont want to read it in its entirety basically a couple arrived from Wuhan. They went to a church service and three days later the wife became ill. Two more days and the husband became ill along with 3 locals. They discovered that only 2 of the locals had attended the service the third had attended a later service and after looking at cctv they saw that this person had sat in the same seats as the couple. This effectively meant that testing someone when they showed symptoms was a waste of time as 24-48 hours before the symptoms show they are highly infectious. We have only tested people after they show symptoms(sometimes) and gave that up mid March. Maybe why we are one of the worst hit countries.

I've taken to excusing any daft behaviour by claiming I was 'following the science' ...

... 'Scientists say that a glass of wine is good for your health so I'm taking no chances and having half a dozen', that kind of thing.

Mrs Smug has warned me that if I carry on, she'll follow the science and put poisonous mushrooms in my pasta <laugh>

The McDonald's on wessington way opening should give the new infrastructure around the new bridge a canny workout.

I was at my Mother's funeral yesterday. She caught Covid19 at a Care Home recovering from a operation.
Bonko and his chums have just been awful in this pandemic, late into lockdown, no PPE or respirators. No test, check and chase and they just ignored Care Homes, which should be renamed Charnel houses!

There had got to be a reckoning for these bastards...

There won't be an inquiry or any individuals held to account, there should be but there won't. They will be fighting tooth and nail to cover everything up, just like they were fighting tooth and nail to keep their mentor Demonic Cummings in a job. It will be spun out so long that all the families of the bereaved and those responsible for the fiasco that caused so many unnecessary deaths are long gone.
