The lowering of the flag.

Just in case people miss it in the thread itself and because I know a lot of you would like to contribute, @Sir Cheshire Ben has kindly organised a way of us all being able to make a donation in memory of Fileyseadog.

His sister Mary will pass on the donations to the York Teaching Hospital Charity, this includes The Macmillan Unit at Scarborough Hospital.

It's just a few simple clicks, on the link above or a PM to @Sir Cheshire Ben , but I know we're in uncertain times, if you can't contribute financially, there's always the option of leaving a few words of support on the linked thread, and Ben is going to print it out to share your thoughts with the family, which I'm sure they'll appreciate as much as the money.

EDIT: As a few posters have asked, you can send a PM by clicking the envelope icon at top right of the forum next to your username, or clicking 'start a conversation' under someones avatar.

I'll lock this thread to make sure all replies are in one place so it's easier for them to be passed to the family, and I'll sticky it for a week so as many people as possible get the chance to donate, either cash or fine words.
