    The obvious thing to look at regarding the transfer window is that no business is being done anywhere. Yes some top end players are being signed but hardly any. There are a few loan deals in Europe but the virus has scared most clubs so not trading. Clubs who need players like all newly promoted teams are being shafted by greedy clubs wanting to cash in on misfortune. Look at Liverpool who are refusing to pay £27m for Alcantara yet know they need £40m for players they want to sign, so decide to sell 2 at £20m each in Brewster and Wilson every player we look at starts at £20m

    Maybe it's time we all accepted the reality of our situation...

    It's going to be a tough season and we'll probably be in the bottom 3 for spells and the team/club will need all the support we can give them. Start with that mindset and anything more is a bonus.

    Morning all.

    A third bid for White, well at least it shows Bielsa we're serious about trying to sign him which no doubt was one of his conditions for agreeing to a further year as Leeds boss. If we get him - we've got a fantastic (if over-priced) player ready to go. If not, move on FFS. I just hope we've also given Brighton a deadline (like 24hrs) so they can't keep stringing us along and we can get on with signing one of the other CBs that we are apparently in the "advanced stages" of signing.

    The new kit, when I first saw it on my phone I thought "ok, plain white, nothing fancy, I like it" but the more I see it the more it looks like a generic Adidas kit (what did I expect really ?) but I also saw what I think was the new Chesterfield away kit yesterday, also by Adidas, which is white with white stripes on the shoulder. In other words - just white ! Why couldn't we have something like that ?

    Liverpool first game - bring it on. Best time to play them I reckon. Obvious pick for TV.
