Which is how i described poveda end of last season. People were saying he was fantastic but him and harrison dont look for the better option.

 

Dallas got better as the game went on. He has a good engine and the blades could not cope with our fitness on chances created it should have been three nil.

 

So after three games we have eight goals and a goal difference of plus one  friggin nuts..

 

Harrison does seem to improve every year. He has all the ability but just needs to be a bit better with his decision making. Hopefully it clicks with him as he gains experience.

Poveda has a lot of potential also but is still quite a way behind Costa and Harrison. He was bullied too easily today. He's young and again hopefully will improve with more game time.

Out of all the kids I've seen come in to the first team from the U23's Poveda looks the most likely to progress over the next year or so. Struijk looked good but is now well down the pecking order for whatever reason.

 

Bielsa's translator lol.

Bielsa speaks for a minute, translator says 3 words. Bielsa speaks for another minute, translator says 3 words. Bielsa speaks for another minute, translator says 3 words at which point Bielsa says "no" and the translator then argues with him, turns back to the interviewer and says "yeh"

 

And this is how he has earned the reputation as a man of few words.

 

Actually the translator only speaks Italian and English, near enough and a lot cheaper than a Spanish/English translator

 

What surprised me was his north london accent. Normally you expect the translator to be from the continent and speak with that accent. I think that's what made it funnier.

 

Yeah he's a Spuds supporter and had just heard what had happened with the late penalty and was speechless.

 

Translating for Bielsa is not easy, he is very precise in his wording.
That said I could do the job.

 

Only problem there Este is you speak Spain Spanish Amigo speaks Argie Spanish
