I'd be all for getting him back in. The problem is it's probably gone too far and gone on too long for him to give a ****. Still if we are drawing or losing a game with 20 mins to go I'd rather put Mcgeady on than George Dobson or Josh Scowen.
Agree to an extent but at the same time Messi Ronaldo Henry etc wouldnt have been great players if they werent such selfish twats. Not comparing Mcgeady to those guys before anyone jumps all over it simply saying Mcgeady is our maverick at our level.
https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...latest-questions-aiden-mcgeady-stance-3019201 I cant fault him for wanting to give Embleton a chance. (Although ill believe it when i see it). However he is a Central attacking Mid so no idea how that would affect Mcgeady getting another chance? Hes just being a stubborn tw@t. At least use him as a Super sub to produce abit of magic when needed ffs.
he is getting a (i presume decent) wage out of the club...at least give him the chance to earn it, not like he is a young lad out to make a name for himself, he is a seasoned pro who adds something to the squad...be that as regular sub then at least the club is getting SOME value. the downside of course is that between them, him and parky have created too wide a rift.
The way Dinosaurinson dodged the question about him earlier was cowardly and pathetic. McGeady has done more for this club than that gimp #parkinsonout
Hume started well at the start of the season and got much better granted, could be down to Geads going out on loan, could be down to Hume moving to a more advanced postion, likely a bit of both But my argument wasnt how good Hume was when Geads was or wasn't in the team, it was that we looked better with Geads in the team than with Morgan
