I drink 4 litres a day which is the correct amount for myself. I'm not sure what the exact reason is, but I don't end up waking up needing the toilet.
nah, the correct amount is to have a straw coloured pee. That web page is bollocks. Just to confirm, a renal consultant was asked(mine) by all means account for exercise, but unless you are doing loads of cardio I doubt you sweat more than 500ml, plus the 300-500 you will sweat/breath out a day. Know mine is good, as I am an expert in fluids/fluid balance. You can just piss out salts etc that are important. edit. **** what I say, seems to work for you
make a cycling flapjack, I have to freeze them if done a batch as they are sugar/oats/nut heavy. They go well with a brew, but no good without excercise! granola bars/cereal bars are great of out and you are low on food, always get at shops/petrol stations.
It's just food sold under the notion it gives you energy and healthy, but it's really just a sugar injection... People think cereal is healthy too, but it's not and neither is milk..
Nuts are very healthy yes, but they contain lots of fat and even though it's good fat you need to keep the consumption at reasonable levels, so because they're morish people tend to **** up.. Best ones are macadamia, pecan, almonds and walnuts
Dark chocolate is actually healthy and not a problem if eaten in moderation, but you want to make sure it's at least 75% cocoa... I get one that's 90%, but like nuts it's too easy to eat too much.. Once you reach around a month of any diet your liver starts asking for glucose, so if you start on something sweet at that point you'll start scoffing sugar like a starving man that's been thrown a cracker...
Me too its weird isn't it I used to hate it. As a child. I'd still have the mini Bournville chocolates the next Christmas
Less sugar basically the more milky a chocolate is the more sugar it has in it.. I guess as we get older we seek less sugar I dunno?
I like corned beef. I would also eat fried spam. does anyone remember breakfast slices. Sainsburys used to sell it in packs like bacon in the 80’s. Loved that stuff and am sure it was luncheon meat. Aldi also sell something similar in a tin. It’s also good fried or grilled or dunked in batter and deep fried.
with chaos here. High sugar, unless doing 5k plus of running or long endurance/cardio regular then avoid. Great for energy on long walks(not 1/2 mile to pub)to stop you from bonking. But should moderate your efforts to burn fats, not easy to access fuels.
