Yeh defo I’m not big on Burritos tbh...too much squishy put together...too much going on I would have thrown in onions with your egg but that’s me...I’ll throw in onions whenever I can Cheese n onion pie n chips for my lunch...sat at work...it’s too cold outside...need something nice n warm.
Looks as dry as a nuns clout mate. Defo the wrong ratio of filling to pastry. Disappointing as it looked boss.

Yeah shoulder isn’t suited to anything other than slow roasting imo. The only medium rare lamb I’d eat is rack or loin.
