Yep cheers Alex. Probably won't be too long before we see you on the coaching staff somewhere.

Nice one Alex, you got unfair stick related to nepotism but you always gave your all, even to the extent of being physically sick whilst out on the pitch.

Good luck in all you do <cheers>

Aren't we all related to nepotism in some way?

I like most slated him in more than one occasion, but the Cup Final really did show up what we needed.
He did the things that never got noticed, when played in midfield he was an annoyance to opponents & we all looked at him shouting, “stop passing it backwards/sideways.” The amount of times I & others thought, why the **** is he in midfield?<laugh>
Currently I feel Doc & Smallwood do that job for us.

Always battled hard did Alex , and gave 100% for City . Because his dad was the manager some would be negative regarding him being in the team . He did his bit by helping us to 2 promotions and performed well in the PL . Thank you Alex .

Alex Bruce never let us down, always gave his all, and one of the best timers of a tackle in this modern era, when good tackling gets punished by refs.

I'm with those that said if he had stayed on in the cup final we could well have gone on to win it.

Good luck Alex in whatever you chose to do next.

It seems mad to think now that in a season where Luis Suarez was head and shoulders above anyone else in the league, Alex Bruce stuck him in his back pocket at the KC.

A well earned retirement, no doubt.

Kin right it's always worth a watch.

Sterling, Hendo, Slippy Stevie, Suarez, Glen Johnson....all humbled at the Home of Football.

Brendan Rogers schooled by Sir Steve, and he knows it.
