Here’s a daft fact for you, Liverpool appointed a manager with no previous managerial experience and who was reluctant to take the position but was talked into it. Bob Paisley went on to become one of the greatest managers this country has ever seen. The reason for his success could have been down to his ability, but also may have had something to do with way the club was organised from top to bottom. A successful club needs needs a good structure, a good coach and a bit of luck.

Same here but probably a bit more of Johnson with being impressed with Bristol when I have seen them play. Wasn't totally against Cowley but whoever it was/is going to be they will get my full support, particularly if they pick a more attack minded team.
