Atletico Madrid for me. I wouldn't want to face them in a one off match. Plus this time around injuries avoided, we have more weapons to hurt them in Thiago Jota and no Adrian. I still feel their win over us was glossed by the number of chances we missed before A drain gave them a way back

 

I don't want A.Madrid for the same reason I didn't want them last year; very defensive side, they kill games and it's the worst style for us too.

This is a crazy seasion so i would like an easy tie for the feburary game. the munchers or porto or leipzig or barca.

 

A bit late to the party but what a peculiar game with Midtjylland. A good run out for Trent coming back from injury and valuable game time for the youngsters. Tsimikas did a job although the bottom of my tv screen, where Robbo lives, was mostly devoid of Tsimikas. Don't know what to say about Keita and Minamino. I think Keita needs better players around him to bring out the best in him. Minamino hasn't had enough games yet to settle and, in fairness, some of the ones he has had he's been played out of position.

Moral of the story, get rid of VAR. I believe now that neither the system nor the operators are fit for purpose.

Next round - have city reserved Porto or are they still up for grabs?
