I can't see a single bookie offering 6/4 for Aldaary I've said it before but I'd pack in that 'tipping' service, you use. It's not tipping when you tell people you think a clear favourite will win the race. Anybody can do that so I certainly wouldn't pay for the privilege. At these odds, You need 1 in 2 winners to live a profitable life. Never gunna happen.
Faugheen, Douvan and Bennie de Deux have all been retired... what it mids have been like to be involved with the first two in particular;
Result of the Three O'clock at Kempton. 1st. Tiger Champs, won by two furlongs. Never out of the top four, and never in doubt. 2nd. Not So Posh, worthy second, suited better to soft and heavy going. 3rd. Donkey Lashers, late run, too late. 4th. Black Cat Woes, poor start, backers thought they had it wrapped up in the home straight before it clashed with Donkey Lashers. 5th. Carrot Crunchers. Started well, sadly* faded away. *Some may say, I say "**** 'em." 6th. Kassam Out, strong finish, and dark horse for the next race. Games In Hand, non-starter.
