Reading on Twitter,a few of their fans are rattling on about protests and such.I think the best protest would be that they should get to next season’s play-off final, only fill about half-to-two-thirds of their allocation and then spend the next few years getting the piss ripped out of them by their opponents who filled their end, despite repeatedly telling them the real reasons for the empty seats.
I'd like to think Mo Diame's goal set them on their current journey to hell. which has only just begun
If they are not paid and the club are in breach... are the players available on a free... Remember when we got Sone Aluko under similar circumstances.... Westwood ... keeper... Windass, Izzy Brown, Marriott....
Reminds me, but gives me much more pleasure, of the demise of Oxford Utd once we'd ripped them a new one on our way to promotion.
If they're too big, their gravitational pull is so big they form that blackhole without even having a supernova. Those black hole creating events are known as massive fails https://www.forbes.com/sites/briank...-can-end-with-a-massive-fail/?sh=3dbb7ee14d9e
Wasn't that order refused, but they agreed to serve the two half pints in half glasses, and give an empty pint glass?
Snakebite Drink A snakebite is an alcoholic drink from the United Kingdom. Traditionally, it is made with equal parts of lager and cider. If a dash of blackcurrant cordial is added, it is known as a "snakebite & black" or a "diesel".
I worked in a bar that refused to serve Guiness shandy. I never saw one but apparently there was a chemical reaction when the Guiness hit the lemonade that made a plume of froth spout upwards. The bar was prepared to give a half of Guinness in a pint pot and a separate half of lemonade if people wanted to make their own. Nobody did.
I've not had a pint of diesel for years! Going to have to have a couple now you've reminded me about them
From memory that's happened only once when I've ordered it. For a while I drank half and half Guinness and cider, very nice too. I celebrated our promotion with a few snakebites.
Never heard of Guinness and Cider? Half a Guinness and half a Heavy(bitter etc) is popular(Black and tan). For the sweet tooth and hair of the dog, for me it's Half a Guinness and Half a 'sweet stout'(sweet black and tan)
