Ok on bet365…22/1 QPR to win the league, 20/1 Charles top goalscorer

By my working out that makes 483/1 for the double

Long odds for two certainties. I'll find a pound coin behind a sofa and lump on.

Over recent seasons, I've been glass half empty. And rightly so in my opinion. We've been teetering among the relegation places. And thankfully finishing around 16th. We finished 9th last season , anything above this is a bonus. The momentum is with us but I've got the feeling that 'It's coming home ' might've enveloped us somewhat. I'm settling for an annoying 7th.

How mad would it be? If we were to fall from sixth to seventh and how great it would be to finish 8th to 7th?

The bottom end of it all is that this is the maddest league in world football.

    I hope I'm wrong .. Come on you R'sss. I'm hoping/dreaming for top six.

We have so many basket clubs about us and the haves teams ( WBA, Fulham, Sheff Utd and Bournemouth) are in such disarray, maybe this is our season. Fingers crossed that we're looking up rather than looking down.

Whatever the season, we'll follow our team. We're Queens Park Rangers, we'll follow our team.

I reckon we'll be in the top half.

First is in the top half, isn't it?

The thing is with Charlie is he will not be playing 90 mins each week, can only see him playing 60 mins each week. But hopefully by Charlie playing 60 mins each game he might stay fit for the season. 20/1 paying 1st 4 is not a bad bet though.

This thread is beginning to worry me, waaaaaaaayyy too much optimism to be healthy.......

It could all go so wrong, but maybe, just maybe for once we will get some nice things..........

I jokingly said on another thread that if we don't win the league by 10 points questions will be asked, but looking at some of the other sides and the mess the mess they are in, quiet simply, why not?

    We can do this........

Staines, go to oddschecker.com select football and championship. You will then see all odds.

An improvement on last year will suffice, so will take 7th or 8th as a step forward, not a fan of the playoffs though the Derby game will live in the memory. 3rd to 6th would be a great result with the chance of another day out at Wembley would be brilliant.
Really can’t see beyond that or am I just keeping myself in check and save myself from more disappointment

I know it’s gonna come back and bite me on the arse and it’s odds in that by Saturday evening I’ll be back to my miserable self…but I am so buzzing for the start of the season my head could explode

Will do mate…..to be honest I can’t see that’s right as it’s 22/1 to win the league and 3/1 top 6…..if it is right then that is massively overpriced in my opinion

I think we might be misunderstanding each other mate…..did you mean 20/1 for QPR in the top 4 or talking about something else ?
We are 4/1 to make playoffs so that can’t be right ?
I reckon it must be me not understanding your original post

NOW I get it. You’re talking E/W so the 22/1 is paying first 4 places at (I assume) quarter odds or maybe fifth of odds knowing skybet

Staines, Skybet were 22/1 to win it, paying the first 4, they are now 18/1. The other bookies are only paying the first 3. If you don't have a Skybet account and you want a bet let me know and I can see if I can do it under my account. Wouldn't do this for everyone, but know you are a honest gentleman. Think we confused each other.
