I'm delighted to announce that Reebok (or reebs as he is affectionately known) is now a moderator of the Horse Racing forum. I am sure he will be a wise and competent moderator and he actually brings previous experience to the role.

Many thanks for volunteering reebs <ok>

Probably, peculiar person, main interest in life seemed to be to upset people. Very strange?

All the best, Reebs. Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? So make sure you don't forget to moderate that German export. You can find him most days hanging about the not606 bar, reading the Racing Post and brainwashing us with his tips.<laugh>

For a couple of seconds wondered who you were talking about. <laugh> Not me, haven't been deported, or exported back, to UK as yet (much to GB's relief, I'm sure). Paperwork all in order down here. The huge building, which houses the 'foreign department', has recently been re-opened after undergoing a complete refurbishment, with the latest in electronic hardware/software included. Really nice blokes working there, very helpful with the necessary Resident's paperwork, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thought I'd put in a good word for them, and the Security blokes at the main door too. Couldn't have been more friendly. <ok>

Oh, like you I'm sure, I don't 'watch the watchers', and I myself find the Racing Post a waste of money, and, as for the 'Weekender', not even close to being clean enough for fish-and-chips. :emoticon-0101-sadsm :bandit:

No, not you, Swannie. Just a friendly joke about that other moderator with a canine sounding name. He usually sends a quick riposte but, maybe he’s busy at work. :emoticon-0136-giggl

Busy doing nothing right now Tam but I do start my new job next Monday down in Swanny’s neck of the woods. Expensive living down there so I will be commuting with Deutsche Bahn and doing as much Home Office as possible.

I don’t do tips btw, utterly clueless these days
