thing is, you can't even do that tackle in rugby. As to wrestling by Soton - one was on the line as Bobby went to head into an open goal - and even with VAR we didn't get a pen. Then there's a 50/50 battle running towards their goal and their lad throws himself down after having as much contact to our player as they had and its a free out. and as a free out, no card.

that means both incidents are seen the same by the ref. one a more serious act of petulant foul play with no regard to safety and the other and honest battle for the ball ended by the defender taking a tumble cos he was losing.

Yes, Dyche giving Jurgen flack today for name-checking three of his players: some justification in this as Klopp should have called out all the Wimburnley players.
