I think all of the new young lads have spoken really well in their interviews, Huggins was buzzing as was Dajaku. Looks like attention to their attitudes/personality has also been a big factor, not just their footballing ability.

 

Definitely. I think that's why you look at bayern. City, spurs. Us. Good academy but also bread good professionals

Really impressed with what we've done this summer, young hungry lads that you get the feeling are just raring to go. Got to say also how excited do the German lads sound, when you get young men from a team that is the best in Germany and who want to do it for us then I'm just overawed actually. Well Jeff is a massive Sunderland fan and he does try his best to get us as much coverage as he can

 

Just watched it on iPlayer and they spent more time talking about how Newcastle haven't bought any players than they did talking about the 2 Germans we signed! But you've got to feel sorry for that Mexican kid - comes all this way and didn't get a mention!!!

 

The Mag lass took 5 minutes to say they'd signed noone and she's disappointed

 

Hope nobody listened to that station from up the road tonight they found a German saboteur who did his best to dampen our enthusiasm,

 

I listened to it. He wasn't very complimentary about the winger was he. More positive about the keeper though.

Even Marco was shocked and he obviously does not support Sunderland. The station is a total disgrace imo., but well named.

 

Tranmere like experienced pros but can't keep up and run out of legs......
