He’s not really a long term project manager though is he.

    I’d take Rodgers defo.

He’s took LCFC as far as he can now mind.

He has the right experience and is at the right age.

It’s a good shout from our perspective.

He jumped at Swansea for Liverpool. Got stung.

Easy ride at Celtic and could have got legendary status (10 in a row) buy couldn’t turn down LCFC and done well since.

I agree mostly. Martinez is a big no for me. Not what we need right now.

Jose - I mean ofc I would take him. But he’s not been a long term project manager for a while. He’s also just gone to Roma which could be awkward. Would obviously love the Bobby connection and has always spoken highly about the club. So it’s an interesting option for real.

But Rodgers for me fits the bill. He has seen a lot at Swansea, Liverpool, Celtic and now LCFC. He’s my choice as I think he’s ready for a new project. He can’t take LCFC any higher and is actually starting to get stick there believe it or not. He could also bring Tielemans and Some other top talent with him.

Huge decision. I'd go with which ever top manager has the most pull to bring 4-5 players he's managed previously in during January.

    Personally I don't rate Zidane.

Yes he's won 3 champions leagues with Real Madrid, but he has zero experience outside of that and also refuses to learn a different language.

Is that not because of how good he is? What do you expect, him to be in relegation battles?

I would expect clubs without managers to at least approach him, yet none have.

Zidane is the equivalent of the guy who got given the keys to drive a Ferrari, we need the guy who can build the Ferrari and drive it.

He hasn't been linked anywhere. Just like last time he left Real, didn't get a look in anywhere and then went back to Real.

Zidane is not in the same galaxy as Conte. All reports from Madrid were far from complimentary. He only lasted as long as he did because of his legendary status there.

Martinez has shot in, but that's probably because I mentioned him. 3/1 fav.
