Not seeing any of this as a benefit to Leeds Doc. Obviously all I'm interested in is Leeds United and I'd prefer it if Radrizzani was the same. The main reason being he's simply not wealthy enough to follow what Man City have done and build a global football ownership corporation. At best it will be a vehicle which makes Radrizanni billions (good for him) but at worst just an amalgamation of 2nd and 3rd rate clubs who'll need constant financial support and investment. The notion that Leeds will benefit through player procurement and/or some sort of combined academies is fanciful at best.
This is the agreed 49ers plan mate and will benefit Leeds hugely in loopholes and cash and transfers and coaching and synergies and reduced costs and marketing and a lot lot more. Cash is king Jamster and lots of cash to be made from this without being as big as QSI or City Group
Call me sceptical Doc but I'm not seeing wads of that lovely cash benefitting Leeds United all that much, if at all. Funnily enough though, I do see Radz and the 49ers making plenty and that's unusual for football ownership in this era. To put it another way, when the music stops they won't be the ones holding all the debt and looking for the last chair as they will be long gone. Time will tell and hopefully you're right
Believe that by the time Leeds Sporting or whatever its called is really working, that Radz will be gone and 49ers will be the key owner. All good news as the 49ers are not a fly by bunch of ****ers like the big nose group at Manchester Utd. Try to be positive and try and do a bit of digging into the plusses and minuses of how it hangs together. Think about the way to beat the player visa rule, think about why top Prem clubs soent big money on 16 and 17yo kids and then loaned them to clubs they own in Europe or South America guaranteeing them appearances so that they just walk into the UK next season visa in hand. Think about the coaching synergies, the way a group purchases services and equipment and the cost savings to be had. Think about some of our academy kids loaned out to our own clubs rather than letting them be coached badly by a manager/coach who doesnt see whats possible. Lots to look at Jammy
I’m seeing it that Radz is looking at how much he has spent and how much more would need to be spent in order to compete in Europe. He then looks at the Italian club and thinks it might be an easier route. Radz has worked wonders for us but we have to remember he is a business man not a supporter
Nothing to do with that mate. If you sign a kid who has no chance of a visa, you loan him to another of your clubs and ensure he plays enough games to earn his 15 points to earn a visa. Remember points are earned for league positions and Palermo for example will finish top 3: also cup comps earns points so not too hard to earn enough points to earn a visa especially if the kid plays for the U21 International side. Walk into the UK legally
Looking like the ginger git at Barcelona will be replaced at ling last by Xavi and Antonio Conte is probably already on a plane to Manchester, taxi for Koeman and his mate OGS a pair if non coaches
No how many appearances in the first team, final league position earns points, rounds won in a cup comp obviously the more prestigious comp like CL scores more points, international selection not appearance so just being in the squad and obviously not top points if selected for U21 international as would get for full call up. Obviously if your team wins the league or wins a cup big points earned and even qualifying for next years top euro or copa america comps earns even more points. So 15 points is an easy ask if you are put innthe right team….
For the kids under 17 the dad can get a jib in the UK and the kid follows his dad no visa required and he just signs for a football club. The top teams have been fiddling the system for years. Man Utd got the father of the Brazilian twins a job at Manchester airport, they came over and both kids signed for Man Utd. These days the parents would need a job that the UK wanted, so maybe a HGV driver visa and yes bobs your aunty. But about time that cheap labour was stopped and any parent doing it now would need a proper job the country required
