    Didn't get up till 4pm off my last night shift today, jet lagged lol, and had to book one of the dogs in vets 15 miles away for 6pm.

    Feel your pain, on my first night shift tonight. To make matters worse I had about 1 hours sleep last night, one of them nights when me brain wouldn't stop wanting to have a chat about random ****. "Oh can you remember that time you did this wouldn't it be good if you could do this instead!" <laugh>

    I have worked only nights for the past 14 months and really need to find a new job in the new year as it is doing me in must have aged about 5 year and not great for my family!
