If you sell your soul to the highest bidder you can survive in this league. Rather yoyo with Delia in charge still
I've switched my stream off - what's the point? We're sh*t and Delia doesn't care as long as she can remain the matriarch, Webber doesn't care as long as he can pick up his salary while he climbs mountains, Smith doesn't care as long as he can hide his ineptitude behind Farke's start to the season, and most of the players don't care because they've given up.
AGREE Gozo, I think we are in a really bad situation as a club. Given my season ticket up after 30+yrs. Am I sorry?
No he hasn't, he was ****e under Bruce, Howe moved him to a position where his 40m was less of a problem. He's ok now, not class for 40m
I agree I’d rather see Aarons there, but I remember a lot of people calling for Bryam to play as he was supposedly better defensively, granted you may not have been one of them. Personally prefer Gianoulis on the left ahead of BW although I love his passion
If only he had a crystal ball and im guessing this is Smiths fault as he should have picked Gunn to start?
30+ years of holding a ticket and this is the lowest point you can remember to justify giving up your season ticket . What about when we were relegated to league 1?
We are just so dreadful on the second ball in midfield. Time and again, doesn’t matter the opponent, we are repeatedly weak giving up possession. I don’t mind the odd excellent finish like Joelinton’s, you just have to applaud, but to see the lack of effort in the middle of the park all season is really disappointing.
Emotional nonsense. Without Delia, Webber & Farke we'd be competing with Ipswich for who could hold the lowest position, if we still existed as a club at all. Unless we have the opportunity and will to sell our soul, we just have to accept we are a yoyo club and in this day and age whilst sticking to decent honest values thats an incredible achievement in itself. One of the reasons why I support the club is because of the values it holds, although I must admit the sacking of Farke still had me questioning myself.
Fair enough. I accept it's emotional nonsense. That happens during a game. This season is pushing us all to the limits. It stinks.
It's not that I don't feel the pain, but I have no doubt that if Delia had the wealth of the Newcastle owners, we'd be the greatest club ever.
