Might be sooner than you think with this legal challenge being commenced by Leeds and Burnley. If your covid losses can be verified as also experienced by other clubs then there won't be anything to worry about. But if Leeds and Burnley are accounting for much smaller losses then it'll get interesting in the courts.
Aye, but they're not the law of the land. Their decision could be challenged in business law for simply being patently unfair to other Premiership clubs who haven't made such massive losses.
