said the same at the end of the season, he made changes during a game or tinkered with the side and it worked, when previous div 3 managers tried the same it just did'nt, whether that is down to man management or he just has an excellent football 'eye' to spot things that others might miss (or even both), i don't really care just as long as he continues doing it here.
And he has a gameplan. Something none of our previous L1 managers seemed to bother with. Was more of a turn up and hope our quality outdone the opposition and if not then just sit back and let it run it’s course. The same RTG clowns saying he can go are probably those who re-post the first glimpse of something they see on Twitter and say they’re ITK, were calling Cirkin worse than **** after a few games when it was blatantly obvious he had talent but wasn’t used to proper blokes football, slates Evans when he had a few bad games and called him our worst ever captain, think Winchester is good enough to be our championship right back etc etc the list is endless. Nee wonder opposition fans go on there for a laugh.
Haway lad, you write some good stuff but ‘RTG clowns’ is unnecessary. There are some great people over there. Just let it go mate.
Undoubtedly is mate as with everything, and I know all fans have them - but as I’ve said I’m an anonymous browser and the sh*te people get from a large proportion of the more active folk when they say something that said folk don’t agree with is embarrassing. One difference of opinion turns into a witch-hunt.
I am going to take issue with your first paragraph. No manager or coach doesnt bother with a gameplan. They all had them. Alex Neil is a step above the other 3 so his game plan was better, that is all. Personally it is simply a case of AN just being a better coach, than being the other 3 didnt try to do their job, which is what suggesting they didnt bother with a game plan amounts to. Alex Neil has managed in the premier league, has earned promotions and has dealt with higher quality players. That means he should be better than other 3, and I suspect we pay him considerably more.
Somebody in Slater's (car dealers hendon, noddys old premises) has a grey Lamborghini, see it regularly, maybe them?
Personally I'd like to see Ruddy come in. Still "young" in terms of a goalkeeper. There'll be times we'd need to call on his experience.
Chump change to them now that. Good job I no longer feel any animosity toward them anymore. The Saudis bought that.
Player that called bullshit when bullshit needed calling. Played injured for us and waved a trigger to play at Wembley for us. All the best to him going forward. Still wanting to play at his age. Class.
Unless we can sign a massive Patterson upgrade, then Ruddy is the type of signing I'd be making. Time to trust in our academy
