Just a note of caution on Tyler Adams.

He has only finished 9 games last season. He always had to come off or was unavailable due to injury. He has taken nearly double the amount of games than Phillips to hit the same number of tackles, interceptions, duels. Doesn't seem to add up to me. The lads only 23 and should be smashing it.

I'm an unashamed fan of Berge. His injury was a long term one which he recovered from on last seasons efforts. Solid.

I don't know Camara but he sounds a bit like Kante and we should try and nip in front of Brighton if he is the chosen one.

 

Worrying thing is that clubs know we’ve sold, know we need replacements so the ball is in the selling clubs court which isn’t ideal. Hopefully the promise of cash now will make the selling clubs happy and we can convince the top talent to come. I would’ve preferred to get all our business done and then sell the players like Aston Villa with Grealish as what will the club say once the deals are confirmed this week? That they’re working on replacements which won’t go down well. At least when Villa did it they said we’ve sold Grealish but got X and Y in as replacements.

 

Choosing Brighton would be even more worrying then based on this fact

I just had a look at completed transfers and there are still quite a few clubs that have released but not signed anyone.
One name that did jump out at me, and I might be mistaken, Liverpool released Ben Woodburn. Wasn't he supposed to be a big star for them?

Unsurprisingly this hasn't exactly made waves on the LUFC transfer front as we focus on the first team but they seem gutted at the prospect of losing him.

 

Getting myself braced for transfer disappointment because that cnut Decco was photographed leaving Barcelona offices today, which means he is doing a deal with them for a cut price Raphinha in January. Meaning that Leeds dont get the £65m Chelsea have offered. Watch this space

 

Why cut price in January?. If raph has a great world cup clubs will want him even more.
