    If it's a choice between mowing the lawn or watching the cricket . . . . :emoticon-0112-wonde

I've just opened my shed door (really) :emoticon-0105-wink:

    I've just read RTB's post . . . . I've missed the cricket anyway <laugh>

Not unusual, but a sign of the seasons..

Driving the g'kids to school, all the fields look a little odd, in that they have changed quickly, they are no longer just brown earth, but look like a green carpet as the green shoots pop through.

    Warm weather.

    Yeah just cut the front
    Mower now broken
I’m thinking about a cordless I have a small front garden and a slightly bigger back garden
However a small cordless will do
    Any suggestions
It’s no good paying a fortune I only take 20 mins to cut and tidy the gardens

Bought this one in the summer Vince after my old one went to that great lawn in the sky. It's brilliant for my two smallish lawns but I had to buy another battery because one doesn't last long enough to do my two and my neighbours lawn (I always cut their front one when I do mine)

If you are looking at them on Amazon, make sure the battery and charger are included, the ones I was looking at on there you had to buy them as extras

its the one+ range, all these powertools work off 1 universal battery. it seems expensive to start with, but once you've got 2 batteries & chargers you can buy loads of other tools which work off them. works out cheaper than numerous different systems.

Yes, Bosch have also started doing this, it's a good idea if it keeps the prices down, my issue is the length of time the batteries last before they need recharging. I had to buy an extra battery to give me enough charge to do two quite small lawns

I seen an electric car on charge in a supermarket in an electrical charging space, and not a petrol Audi Q7, BMW or Van.

I've got a small corded mower you can have for nowt if you're local. Bought a replacement in spring and it's been taking up space ever since
