That's not the issue, the issue is promises were made by JS which have not been kept so KLD took action buying out SOME of Stews shares, ask why not all of them.

Surely that can be easily answered. Either KLD did not want to buy all at the price quoted,or SD did not want to sell all at the price offered?
Also, what promises not kept by JS?

This will have been going on for months, no way does a share issue/change happen in days. And with due respect to people, only the very inner circle will know the ins and outs of the deal. Especially saying people have broken promises, multi million pound deals don’t work on promises.

So KLD took action by allowing Sartori to increase his shares, how does that work and who's shares were they?

Bob, let me be blunt. I think you're making this all up minute by minute, it's just nonsensical. You're claiming to have messaged a few posters, on here, despite being a newcomer.

There's no harm is mentioning these posters, one would be enough, and no need to divulge what was said.

If you can't manage that, I'll disregard all of your other claims and not bother trying to converse with you.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's intrigued to know who your inner circle is, on here, and why none of the others can be trusted. Prove me wrong and I'll happily apologise.

This could easily have been an agreement in place for a while to take effect as and when, triggered by circumstance,timing..... we have no idea.
And,I have known of several £m deals, sealed on a handshake. Promises kept.Whilst this is a corrupt world, not everyone in it is devoid of honesty and integrity.

Handshake deals can be made by people who trust and respect each other.

I doubt that's the case here.

Well, you may be right,I don't know. It's always worth considering that KLD and SD might not be enemies.

So the likelihood is that SD defaulted on his percentage of investment and his shares were diluted. Bob then tells a story he is doing us a favour and since he is fed up making the tea and sorting out the hot desking, he sold his shares at a vastly inflated price

I don’t think they are enemies, I just don’t think Donald can sustain the investment and growth that KLD wants. There’s no way KLD will want to bounce a round mid table of the championship etc, I’m sure he said himself in one of his interviews the long term aim to to be back in the prem.

So why has JS bought more shares. SD held onto shares earlier hoping to make more money, now he can't afford to pay his share of costs so he sells some shares to reduce his costs but retains some share still hoping to make a profit on them.

Totally & agree with your earlier comment, i suspect SD wants to hang on until we get to the prem, the way we are now setup, as in not rang on a shoe string....the more it cost....the more it costs the more SD has to match KLD...at that point he surely has a choice...match him, sell uo totally or dilute shares as a way of paying his side

Agree 100%. I'm sure they're not enemies....they're more than likely working towards a situation where SD can exit with an acceptable deal that allows the KLD family to take total control.
And,why wouldn't you? What an opportunity KLD has to acquire an historic club, with a a state of the art stadium,a fantastic fanbase, whose capacity can be increased at a minimal,in todays climate, cost per seat,to take it to over 60k,......we're not talking £ 900m here to get the same thing....or great clubs like West Ham prostituting themselves into somewhere else....which the vast majority of their genuine fans don't want!
It's all there for us. The future's very bright!

In my mind, everthing KLD has done has been very very strategic, this is no different, i dont think anyone JS included knows exactly how this will play out.....but KLD know JS has doors to other markets, if it plays out one way we have very good access to these markets, if it plays out another way we have kept the door open then JS sells up to either KLD or another strategic partner KLD wishes to work along

I get the frustration folk wondering what JS brings, me included at this point.....but maybe the plan for JS to be further involved was when the club reaches a certain level of growth....for that reason im quite happy JS is sticking around....SD i suspect will further reduce his shares before end of next season

its going to be a very very interesting few years as the club grows....but i do beleive at times we do need to resist to totally sticking to the model....this side..if we can keep it together is probably 2 strikers, one proven ish, 1 backup & possibly a bit more experience middle of the park....that may well be Dan Neil after hes had a full season this year, hes still a kid, despite a few knocks & knockers for a young player playing without a senior player next to him i think hes grown a great deal...i think hes also showing a little fatigue at thi moment

I like Evans, but a little suprised at his new deal as i thought we needed an upgrade on him, he may have signed a deal thats a no brainer for all i know financially for the club

That's because you never post facts Bob.

You claim something as fact then post the contrary as fact when you're proved wrong.

Donald isn't working at the club and KLD was never allowing him to become more involved.

The majority of the support would be horrified if they thought he was and that would taint KLD for no good reason.

KLD isn't stupid enough to involve someone like Donald who has absolutely nothing to offer.

Sartori is internationally known in football and elsewhere, highly respected and has access to vast sums of money ...

... we're lucky to have someone like him involved in the club whilst he has no actual control.

Great times at the club especially when you look at clubs that used to look down on us when Donald was here ...
